The challenge
Most people I talk with aren’t short on curiosity about AI. They’re short on time. They don’t have staff to delegate to or an expert down the hall to call, and the problem usually isn’t figuring something out. It’s getting it all done.
The approach
I build training around tasks people already have to do. Each lesson starts with a real job, shows how to do it with AI, and ends with something the participant can use the same day. Downloadable worksheets and reference cards carry the method beyond the lesson.
The first full program is an online community for church leaders called The Pastor’s Workbench. It’s organized into categories of everyday work, with lessons, demonstrations, and discussion about responsible use.
